Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
